Spending Priorities Of The Pentagon

Defense Secretary Robert M Gates on Monday outlined sweeping changes in the Pentagon military spending priorities. He wanted to spend less on elaborate systems and more on boosting troops and intelligence gathering and surveillance and also for personnel growth in the military services. These changes must be accepted by the Congress before initiation.
