Man of Few Words

Three years after making moves to ban corporal punishment in schools, Malaysian government has announced that it will revive caning in schools to promote better discipline among students. The Education ministry will soon release specific guidelines to implement the punishment in a confined area. Parents will be notified and invited to witness the same.
